A flight in our WWII-era DH82 Tiger Moth offers a unique opportunity to step back in time and experience the joy of flying in a legendary fighter training aircraft. This 30-minute flight experience, including approximately 20 minutes in the air, immerses you in history while providing breathtaking views of the Saskatoon area.
During the flight, you will learn the basic principles of flight and see firsthand how the aircraft operates in the air. Additionally, you’ll gain insight into the Tiger Moth’s pivotal role in the British Commonwealth Training Plan during WWII. There will be ample opportunities for your friends and family to capture memorable photos and join in the experience, making it a truly unforgettable adventure.

Day of the Flight
- Arrval Time: Arrive at the Saskatchewan Aviation Museum 20 minutes prior to your scheduled flight.
- Sign-in Process: Sign in at the front desk and complete a general release “Liability Waiver.”
- Weather Contingencies: Flights may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
- Footwear: Wear suitable footwear for climbing in and out of the aircraft

Directions:
Our museum is accessed via 47th Street from Avenue C North (opposite the RCAF Memorial Park parking lot), or from Wheaten Avenue off of 45th Street West.
Passengers
- Age Restriction: Passengers must be 12 years or older.
- Waiver Requirements: Passengers 18 and over must sign a “Waiver and liability Exclusion Agreement” before the flight. For passengers aged 12 to 17, an accompanying adult must sign the waiver.
- Safety Understanding: Passengers must be capable of understanding aircraft safety features and emergency procedures.
